I've used Activesync for years. It is critical for me to keep my Outlook contacts etc synchronized. Currently with my HTC Imagio, Dell Vista (Mobile device center), and laptop XP pro. It works, but its buggy. There are not enough tools to set parameters. Periodically records get duplicated, and if I delete duplicate records they get deleted where I need them. With duplicates, u don't know which one is primary. And I am unable to delete some old records that get in the way of completing synchronization. I've done hard resets and the phone has been exchanged to no avail. In the setup all 3 devices should be visualized and parameters set, and duplicates evaluated in one place. Not really a question here, but do need active monitoring of these issues.

Where is the box to uncheck the above as this seems to be the answer to correct the problem I am having with getting active sync to work.
Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks Loryg

Hi,
This is my first post after signing up so hopefully I wont break any conventions. I have an issue with using Activesync with my HTC Touch Diamond. Basically it will sync the basic contact details but will not capture any of the spouse/children/ comments etc details. Does anyone have any ideas where this is by design, whether I've not configured something properly or whether it's a fault? From what I've read, Activesync should take all contact data. I'm using Activesync 4.5 by the way. Thanks in advance, Andrew G.
