I am having problems with the bluetooth connection on the Ford sync system. The phone will only pair if I turn the phone off before starting the car and then turn the phone on and wait for the phone to come all the way up. I have to do that every time to get a pairing. The phone shows the pairing icon as a media player and not as a phone connection. The phone will spontaneously disconnect at various times even in the middle of a call. The pairing has been deleted and reconnected several times. HTC tech support was no help for this issue whatsoever. Any suggestions?

I just brought this phone for my wife Saturday the issue i'm have is pairing htc pure with another cell phone. When i set up the bluetooth it says that it pairs , but once i hit done it disconnects. When i try to reconnect the two phone i get error "Your device did not connect with the name of the cellphone. The connection failed or passcode is incorrect." The passcode is correct because if i put in the wrong passcode it wont pair. i Don't know whats the problem. i contacted htc tech support but they could not help me so i dont know if this phone cant pair with other phone or my phone is defective.
