sad to know that is has gone frozen again.
After the last incident, i had installed the mymobile and it was working well.
two days ago i observed that it was hanging and later got frozen completely.
I did hard reset, followed the procedure and got stopped at the point of aligning.
it won't go beyond the point.
do you know what to do.

If you've performed a hard reset and the screen still won't let you align it, meaning the screen does not recognize STYLUS taps, then you'll need to call HTC and setup a repair. If you are within the 1 year warranty they don't charge for repairs. LoL @flameboot2004.

Just so we don't get confused on terminology the PIM file in Outlook has a filename of Outlook.pst. Depending on how Outlook was set up on the PC originally, it may, and usually does have a backup file in the same folder as Outlook.pst. The file is called Outlook.bak. If Outlook was wiped clean on the PC, it means Outlook.pst is wiped clean. You can recover whatever data is backed up in Outlook.bak. It may not be everything, but it's better than nothing.

I'm a consulting engineer and I keep all my client billing records in Outlook, so if I lose my Outlook data I'm in big trouble; so I back up Outlook.pst to a flashdrive about once per week ... just in case.
