Hi everyone, I wonder if anyone else has experienced an interesting problem with their Touch Pro. I was out yesterday and the phone rang, it made no noise just vibrated. I answered the call and it was as though the line was dead. I ended the call and called the person back, same thing no sound. I checked the settings and the volume was on full and there was no mute setting selected. I tried several things but there was no system sounds out of it at all. I ended up doing a soft reset and all was fine. This is not the fist time it’s happened although I thought it was me being dumb last time but I know that not to be the case this time. I have read the threads re sound quality which is not a problem I have with mine. Be interested to hear of anyone else experiencing this or similar problems.
