Downloading InClose Mobile

1. Download the file from http://insoftwarehouse.com/downloads/inclose/xe.php?l=en
1. Ensure that Windows Mobile 5 is the selected OS
2. Ensure the File Type is .EXE
2. Connect your MDA to your computer and open ActiveSync
3. Run the .EXE file from the desktop
4. Follow the instructions to install the application
5. On the MDA, you will see a pop up asking if you want to continue with the installation. Tap Yes
6. Choose the location to install the application.
7. Ensure the box is checked to register the program at startup and press OK
8. Another pop up will appear indicating that the device will automatically be reset
9. Tap OK to restart the device

Closing Applications

For those that do not want to browse to the Task Manager to close applications, there is a faster method. To quickly close an application to free up memory:

1. Tap and hold on the X in the top right corner of the screen
1. You can also tap in the blank area on the Today screen
2. A list will appear showing your options and all running applications
3. Tap the X next to the individual application to completely close it
1. You can also choose Close All to stop all running applications

Exceptions

Some programs you may not want to close completely when you exit the application. For example, if you are listening to a song with Windows Media Player and exit the application, it will stop the song. To set an exception so the program does not completely close:

1. Open the Windows Media Player application
1. You may have to tap OK to get to the Now Playing screen
2. Tap and hold on the X in the top right corner of the screen
3. Select Set Excluded
