Overclocking your Cingular 8125 is a breeze with a program called OMAPclock. It was originally intended to increase the range of the MPx smartphones, but works with the Cingular 8125 and (in theory) any other HTC phone with a Texas Instruments OMAP processor.

It has been tested at 228mhz and 240mhz on a Cingular 8125 with stable, favorable results. At these speeds, battery life will be noticeably reduced, but should not damage your hardware.
