I've had the Dash for 4 days now. I set a device lock code on it and now I cna't unlock the phone. I keep getting a message sayng that the password is incorrect (though I'm 99% positive I'm entering what I originally entered). At any rate, after spending 3 hourse on the phone with Tech Support, I as told that there is nothing they can do, I would have to take the phone back to where I bought it, and exchange it for a new one. I love the phone, but it's of no use to me now that I an't unlock it (aaarrrggghhh).
Anyway, my question is, has anyone had a problem with their device unlock code. I feel like a complete idiot though the support people said this kind of thing has happened before. Again, I'm 99% positive i'm entering the password as I originally set it. They said even if they reset my phone, it would only delete all my stored info, but it will still NOT unlock the phone. AAAARRGGGHHH!

whats up...i had my tmobile dash for a while...but i never really spent time time with it..i synced it to my computer and what not..i did the normal basics...i want to know...how do i used my own mp3s as my text message tones...does anyone have any solutions? if so...email me..or reply to this thread...my email is raazali89@hotmail.com...in the subject area...put reply to tmobiledash problem...or a discription..

I dropped my phone; everything works fine & the screen isn't cracked, but the q,a,z,'alt', r & l keys aren't working.
Does anyone know how to fix this? It would cost about the same to obtain a phone via the insurance as to upgrade to a G1, but I think that I like the dash more than I'd like the G1 at this time.
