| Slide out keyboard, with 5 row. the numbers are more important then other manufactures give credit for. USB interface with easy to access via computer ect. Micro SD (just needs dual) camera was decent. | Take note HTC! Musts: 3.5mm Head phone jack Video out (via headphone jack is fine) More Ram/Rom! but you know that now. Dual micro SD. Larger Battery, but you know that too. USB OTG, for hosting keyboards, ect. Touch2 screen, stylus/finger. Real quad band, 3 and 4g capable on all networks, including CDMA. Would be nice: 5 or 8 mp camera. WMV/WMA codac would be nice. thinner, not by much faster processor would be nice. | B, first attempt. Android quickly out grew the hardware in this phone. Camera was fine but more mp would be nice. The tech spec says no video, but it does with rom upgrade. | Joeavery2 |

I bought my first G1 with the belief Android was really open to developers. Cyanogen has worked very hard to get the most out of the G1, yet is attacked? I think EVERYBODY would benifit if Developers like Cyanogen would get support from HTC, T-Mobile and Google. I sure wish I find a day to be bold enough to Hack my latest G1 to a CyanogenMOD ROM. I envy my friends who have done so.
Do you find this valuable?
