Does anyone here own Verizon Ozone that has a Bluetooth headset that offers full Bluetooth connectivity on the device?

does anyone else have problems with syncing. I have a vista os. When trying to sync with Mobile windows device center all i get is an device error message. Htc has told me there is an issue with the phone. Verizon has tried helping via the phone and opted to send a replacment phone. The replacement phone does the same thing. Mobiles window software has been uninstalled multiple time redownloaded from microsoft. There is not a fire wall on my computer. Antispy, antivirus software is turned off. IF i knew how to leave feed back on htc's web site concerning this on going issue for 3weeks now i would. If any one can help this would be appreciated. Seens how htc nor verizon know what to do.

I think I already know the answer, but, can a ozone be sip capable or am I limited to skype type services?
