Not Sure What Version You Have?

If you have a touch screen phone:

  • Tap Start, tap Settings, tap System, and then tap About.
    Note: System may appear as a tab at the bottom of your screen.

  • The first line displays the name and version of your Windows phone.

If you have a non-touch screen phone:

  • Tap Start, tap Settings, and then tap About.
    Notes
    • If you do not see Settings, tap All Programs, and then scroll the list of programs to find Settings.
    • If you do not see About on the Settings screen, tap More to display additional settings.
  • The first line displays the name and version of your Windows phone.

htc breeze freezes on htc innovation screen sometime it goes beyon and stops on windows mobile screen.i tried hard reset still no response i cannot sync it with the wind xp and 7,with active sync ver 4.1 and 4.5

Step 1 Free download
