Intruder-resistant data wiping - is it possible?

[Untitled]Can you do anything to save your the data on your phone once it gets into intruder's hands? - YES.

The new version of SecuWipe can protect your identity even if the device gets lost or stolen.

Version 1.1 features a Wipe Scheduler that offers the following breakthrough features that protect user's sensitive data:
  • SMS based wiping – SecuWipe will wipe selected data files if a specific SMS with password is received
  • Wiping on Untrusted SIM will wipe selected data if an unknown SIM is inserted into the device SIM slot
  • No SIM or Phone off will wipe the device if it has been stolen and the intruder has removed the SIM card or disabled the phone option
  • Time based wiping – SecuWipe will wipe the desired data on hourly, daily, monthly or yearly basis.
Now, you may even protect yourself from too curious eyes if you have accidentally left your phone at your desk - and are afraid that someone could possibly read your private SMS or email messages - all you need to do is send a specific SMS with password which will securely wipe information compromising you.

Why wipe data at all?

When you delete a file in a usual way, the file is in fact not deleted at all. Usually, all that happens is that the file's name is removed from the file system's index and the space occupied by the file is marked as available for new data. However, as long as no new data is written on those locations, the 'deleted' file can still be recovered. This means that all your "deleted" contacts, SMS messages, email messages and sensitive files can be fairly easily recovered by widely available data recovery software.

The solution to this is data wiping.

SecuWipe is data wiping tool that completely removes sensitive data from your Windows phone. It overwrites it in accordance with strong data sanitizing algorithms. It wipes all previously deleted data, confidential files and folders, contacts, email and SMS messages from your HTC device and its removable media cards.

Use wiping to remove traces of your everyday activity

When you browse web, receive and send SMS or MMS messages, all this information is still discoverable on your device, even if you "delete" it.

When you edit documents, containing confidential information, MS Word or Excel create one or more temporary copies of your document in the device memory, and these temporary copies are still there even after you finish working with the document.

All this information can be easily recovered easily using data recovery utilities unless you WIPE it.
Wipe confidential SMS messages, browsing history, cookies and all temporary files to ensure they will not get into wrong hands.

I reflashed my Tytn II and now my weather doesnt work. It worked before I reflashed. I tried changing the settings in the advanced configuration under the home screen, but still doesnt work.... My city is not one that is on their predetermined list of cities. How can I change it so I get weather to my home city and not to the closest predetermined city?
