I often text with the XT9 mode using phone keypad on my touch pro2. When I want simple words such as "go" i gotta skip past words such as, "I'm" and "HO." Those are words aren't saved in XT9 My Words. Have you experience this?- Using compact qwerty kind of solves this problem even in XT9 mode, but, I want to get passed this thru Phone Keypad mode.

*Note, I was fine until I did a hard-reset. I hate doing it because of the sound with text mesage sent notifications that's a major pain.
