HTC Touch Pro 2 not working with Ford Audio bluetooth (2010)
I am not able to use my HTC with my 2010 Ford Mondeo Car Cit bluetooth. I am able to pair the two, but the connection usually only lasts for seconds. Once in a while it lasts longer, but as soon as I'm making or receiving a call it disconnects. Have tried other phones with the car with no problem. Also had the car dealership take a look at it - they concluded it's my phone. Have tried different phones (same model), same results.
Any fix to this much appreciated... It's not very fun having to use the earpiece and cable with the car cit bluetooth (which I paid extra to get) just sitting there...

worst htc ever
I bought this phone hoping att would do good and finally have a true smartphone. The pure was for kids and people with super small hands. The phone has been stripped down so bad that i don't even consider it an htc. I was so unhappy with everything. It always froze up and i hate soft rebooting all the time. It just didn't work for me and i'm a htc junkie. That is all i'll own, and have owned. It was so bad i switched to ntelos and got the hero which so far is an awsome phone. I love it.

HTC Sense Start menu icons white boxes
I have a Verizon HTC Touch Pro 2 using WinMo 6.5 for several weeks without issues. I turned the phone off and took out the battery. When I replaced the battery and turned on the phone my HTC Sense interface Start menu was missing some shortcut icons. The 4 locked shortcut icons (Home, People, HTC Calendar, Settings) are now white boxes. The shortcuts still work and the text below the icon is correct. Since these are "locked" icons, I am unable to remove/add them back. I tried a soft reset without change.
I was able to "add" them at the bottom of the list successfully (except for the Home icon) but really want to correct the issue. The locked icons are at the top of the Start menu where they are used most. HTC Service Rep tells me to hard boot. I'd rather not- at least not without trying other things.
Any ideas on how to get these shortcut icons back?

Windows media player is not seeing my storage card
I just got a new 16GB Class 6 micros SD to replace my 8GB class 4 micro SD. The 8GB worked fine, but now that I have the 16GB in there and I open windows media player I cannot change the libary to the storage card (lik I could with the 8GB), it only shows me "My Device" instead of that and "storage card" like it used to. Everything else works fine with the new storage card, just no windows media player. Anyone know why this may be?

Playing music
I finally got around to loading some music onto my Touch Pro 2 (I'm with US Celluslar, but figure you guys can help me out...) I go to the music notes and up pops my music, but it won't play - with or without the headset plugged in. the play button pushes but the song won't play. Any suggestions? Do any of you use different software?

cant play voice command announcements through bluetooth
i just got this great phone but the voice command feature will not announce the selected items through my available bluetooth device. this functions fine on the touch pro and earlier phone models with > wm6.0
It has several options for announcing and none of them seem to make a difference. All announcements are routed through the device speaker.

Calendar Problems
OK..having major issues with the calendar:
First, used to have palm treo pro, calendar worked great.
Features I am unable to use include weekly, and agenda view.
Also, I just tried to correct a recurring appointment time..when I edit the time to display 9am-12:30, it adjusts itself by 1 hour to read 10am-1:30...I have other appointments that are recurring, and I have no issues with them. I have AC3.3 installed, and daylight savings disabled.
Is there a hotfix, reg edit, tweak available to correct this issue?

How to disable SMS sent notification
I have tried to disable the notification when I send a text message but no matter what I do it continues to display. Perhaps I am just not in the right place to disable, and someone can point me in the right spot?

HTC Tilt 2: Pre-installed YouTube Application to working with sound
I read somewhere about the YouTube application already installed.
"Tilt 2 comes with htc's own dedicated YouTube client, it just isnt in the Start menu. If you wanna add it to your Start menu and give it a shot, goto Start > tools > File Explorer > Windows folder. Scoll all the way down and there will be a YouTube application. Copy the shortcut (the smaller file) and paste it into the Start menu folder near the top of the list. It should then appear in your Start menu next time you open it."

Annoying Alert with Text Messages
I just recently switched from palm treo pro to HTC TP2...LOVE everything about this upgrade, accept I always get an annoying alert after sending a text message, that dims my screen and forces me to wait or click OK...I tried to shut if off in notifications, have done all of the updates, and reset the phone..is this forced to stay, or is there a fix?

TouchFLO and Windows Outlook Mobile
Hello,
I am having an issue with the Outlook Mobile and Touch FLO3D. I had 5 email accounts set up. Hotmail, Outlook mail and 3 POP3 accounts. For some unexplained reason this week, the 3 POP3 accounts stopped working, but were still showing up in the TouchFLO email tab. When I checked Windows Mobile email picker and setup, the accounts did not displayshow up. I tried to re-add the the accounts using the same name and credentials. I received an error that the name was already in use. So I added the 3 accouns using different names. Now I have 8 email accounts on the TouchFLO tab, and 5 in the Windows Mobile email screens. There seems to be no way to delete the accounts from TouchFLO tabs. I have also attempted to disable the TouchFLO email and to re-enable. This did not change anything. A soft reset was also no help.

HTC touch pro 2 wireless lan issues
hey everyone, im hoping u guys can help me, telus is no help with this issue
i just got a touch pro 2 and it works like a dream! except since ive activated with telus it wont let me connect to my home network
its a wep network with 128bit encryption and ive tried wpa-tkip, and also no encryption it only works now with no encryption!!
but 2 days before i activated with telus i could connect fine, does anyone know a fix for this? do you think they are blocking my access so they can charge me for internet?

Need tips on how to get my twitter account working more efficiently from new phone. My old HTC Mogul handled twitter well, but I cannot retweet from my new HTC Touch Pro 2. Thanks, if you can suggest 3rd party twitter softward that works well on your HTC touch pro.
