HTC Mogul GPS doesnt work
My old mogul's screen died. Had sprints protection plan got a refurb phone. On my old mogul the gps worked great, sprint family locator was always within 19yards when phone was inside, now the new phone gps doesnt work at all. I can be standing outside with a clear sky and it still cant find gps. Sprint family locator went down to an accuracy of 200yards up to 1.5 miles. I set it side by side with my touch pro 2, touch pro 2 gps works great. I have already updated my ROM everything else works fine. GPS is turned on... any suggestions as to what the issue could be?

Camera flash LED stuck on
About a month after upgrading to Windows Mobile 6.1, my camera flash LED on my Verizon XV6800 is always on and will not turn off unless I turn off the display. I've checked all the camera settings, hard rebooted, all the obvious stuff, but to no avail. I honestly have no idea exactly when it started; I noticed it Wednesday evening, and after mentioning it to a friend, he said he had noticed it earlier that day but didn't mention it at the time. Haven't found anyone else ever having this problem, any ideas?

Virus Problem
I have an HTC P4000 and it has a virus on it. it will turn on but the screen is blank and I cant figure out what the virus is... Can anyone help?

please help
i have the htc mogul and my phone is having all kinds of serious problems. I'm pretty sure that i need a hard reset except i can't do one because one of my soft keys doesn't work. i need help and i would greatly appreciate any advice that can be provded. thank you.

Time Indicator on my Mogul
I'm told that there is a way to have my clock on my Mogul to appear in larger digital numbers, rather than the smaller digital numbers at the top of the everyday page.
How do I make this change?

16 GB MicroSDHC Storage Cards Work Fine on the Mogul
I recently purchased a Sandisk 16 Gb MicroSDHC storage card for my SprintPCS HTC Mogul and wanted to let everyone know that it's working perfectly, so far.
Over the last few months, I've called HTC Tech Support periodically to see if they had verified whether a 16 Gb storage card would work with the Mogul
The answer was always the same: HTC had only tested cards up to 8 Gb and that until they "...got their hands on a 16 Gb card..." they couldn't confirm it's compatibility.
Well, when I got my 16 gig card, I first tested it on my laptop and confirmed that "Properties" displayed capacity over 15 Gb.
I then plugged it into my Mogul and verified thru the path "Settings">"System">"Memory">"Storage Card" that the Mogul recognized over 15 gigs of available capacity.
I've subesequently moved nearly 3 gigs of MP3 tracks onto it, and it's working like a champ.
I just wanted everyone to know that, from my experience, the Mogul and 16 Gb storage cards are a "go".
Of course, as with all things technical, 'Your results may vary...'
Still, at a current 'best bottom line price' of $49.99, 16 Gb MicroSDHC cards are a great way to store tons of MP3 audio tracks and large video files for use on your Mogul
Now if we could just find a solution to playing YouTube videos on the Mogul, all of us dedicated Mogul Geeks would be living larger than large.
(what's the big deal about iPhones, anyway?!) :-)

WM6.1 Voice Command on PPC6800 (Mogul)
I know that there have been other threads in past about Voice Command Dialing & alerts not working with WM6.1, but I was hoping that someone might have found a fix or even a program that would allow this. All programs I've looked into are only compatible with WM6.
I have called Sprint & HTC to ask, but each say it is not their problem, to ask the other.
Any help totally appreciated!

Sprint has program update to allow Picture Mail on Sprint Mogul.
Finally!
Works nice!
Cannot send Ring tones.
Any ideas?

Sprint Mogul...What happened to my clock???
My Sprint Mogul has decided to no longer show the clock in numerical format (11:30) but has replaced it with a clock icon. I didn't change this and NOWHERE can I find a way to change it back. Can anyone help with this?
Furthermore, I have to voice here that this is THE WORST phone I have ever owned. Combining such a phone with Windows Mobile makes my experience with this phone twice as tedious. I hate this thing with a mad passion, however I'm stuck with it until I can swing the price of the new BlackBerry. Please help me fix the clock in this horrid piece of technology before it drives me crazy...

USB wont charge HTC Mogul due to needing drivers..
I need some help, my phone is dead, so I through it on my usb to charge and noticed the orange light didnt come on. I look at my computer and its tellin me that new hardware has been found. So I click next and its asking me to put in the disc that came with my device....this is pissin me off because i do not have the disc that came with my phone, and I went n checked on htc website and foudn no help there. So what else can I do?

I have a PPC6800 flashed to cricket, mobile web works fine. I have set up email accounts but cannot get the phoen to connect to them. I get the error "cannot connect with current settings" I have tried fooling around with the settings but to no avail. Please help if anyone has any insight.

Qwest Mogul gone Haywire***
I have a qwest Mogul. All a sudden a day ago my phone doesn't ring when I receive calls. When I press the power button to wake it up (from screen off, not powered down) I'll get bombarded with missed calls and text messages. Anyone got a clue?

Bell 6800 Battery Refuses to Charge!
On Sunday morning I woke up and reached for my phone, which I'd left (in sleep
mode) on my dresser during the night. I discovered that the phone was sitting
in a small puddle of water. I still can't understand how the water got there,
but the phone seemed to me working OK, so I dried it carefully and then put it
in my pocket.
However, later that morning, I wanted to make a note, and when I pulled out the
keyboard and started typing, the phone suddenly rebooted. I didn't do anything
to reset it; it just blanked out after I'd been typing for a few seconds.
But when the phone rebooted, it was definitely having issues. The screen
orientation didn't change when I closed the keyboard, and the whole thing was
very sluggish. Then suddenly the phone blanked out again and rebooted a second
time - only this time, it went to the bootloader screen (I use the OliPro
bootloader because I've been running custom ROMs).
By this time I was really worried. I opened the back and removed the battery
and I found some moisture in the battery compartment. I removed the battery
and battery cover and left the phone lying open (keyboard extended) for about
an hour, then put it all together again.
The phone powered up and went back to the bootloader. But after a couple of
soft resets, it booted into WM 6.1 and seemed to be working properly.
Here's where the story gets stupid: That afternoon, I was meeting with friends
and I started playing music through the phone's speaker. After about 45
minutes, I got a message saying the main battery was low. I ignored 2 or 3
warnings like that because I'd decided I wanted to recharge it anyway, so I
might as well run it till it dies. It died completely about 15 minutes later...

HTC mogul and wifi switch
My wifi switch is having problems. The on position doesn't turn it on. i have to kind of hold it in the middle and press down the whole time while using my other hand for surfing. Is there a way to disable the physical switch and only turn it on via the wifi connections?! thanks for the help
