Network and GPRS problem
I have recently purchased HTC Sensation and I faced the network connectivity problem from Day 1. More severe problem is that GPRS doesn't function properly, it gets disconnected in sometime and then doesn't connect. It's definitely a great nuisance.

HTC PRO 2 message in inbox stuck
I just got a htc pro 2 and it is saying i have a message in my inbox, however i dont, i already deleted everything from my inbox and every other folder. what can i do to get rid of that. it bothers me seeing the message. hehe. please help =)

Can anyone tell me Can i upgrade 8525 Wm 6.0 to 6.1 or 6.5. I checked with HTC customer care. they told me 8525 can work only till WM 6.0 .
is it true. if not please tell me till what upgrade can i do and also if you can give me the site for downloading the WM OS

My HTC PRO screen just started going crazy haha!
The screen goes all over the place! it just started doing that.. everything works! but it moves around.. like the icons and stuff appear in different places, any ideas anyone???? thanks!!

Dropped my Touch Pro!
I just got my Touch Pro less than a week ago and I already dropped it this morning. It turns on and it works, but... the screen is now flipped sideways so I don't see my main screen anymore when i hold the phone upright, I just see the menu as it is when you open the keyboard from the main screen. Occasionally, if I flip open the keyboard I will see the main home screen but if i try to slide on it it goes back to the keyboard sideways menu. Please Help! I bought my phone from someone on Craigs List so I can't return it to the store and I am not sure if they can fix it since I didn't buy through them.
I have tried two hard resets and as I speak my keyboard is not slid out yet the screen seems to think it is. I have also tried to calibrate the G sensor and have contimplated flashing a new ROM but I'm not sure that that will fix my problem.
Any help would be greatly appreciated, Thanks.

New Voicemail notification issue
My HTC Touch does not let me know when there is a new voice mail. Is there a way to make that happen? The "missed call" app is helpful, but not consistent. Sometimes it doesn't even alert me that I've missed a call.

HTC S710 battery issue: HTC S710 drains battery in 2-3 hours
I've had this phone for little less than a year and in the past month the battery life has gone from needing a full charge every couple of days to only lasting 2-3 hours. I've tried two different batteries and that did not change the outcome. Also tried a clear storage which is supposed to reset to factory settings, it did but did not fix the problem.
Has anyone seen or heard of a similar problem with this phone? I really enjoy this phone but the power issue makes this phone unusable so any suggestions is welcomed.

HTC Touch Dual
I have bought HTC Touch Dual and installed Goodlink to get push mail service but interestingly QWERTY keyboard is not working in email. Everything else is working fine! Did you experience the same problem? I am using Good 5.0.3 and Mobile 6 OS?

I was going to buy AT&T Tilt this week, but not w/out video drivers...
What a bummer, I was about to buy the AT&T Tilt this week and was really excited about it. The nonexistent video driver issue is a deal-breaker for me. How could AT&T's flagship Smartphone get away with this glitch without already having it fixed? I'm so disappointed, this would've been the perfect smartphone for me. PLEASE FIX.

album art not displayed
Hi I've seen on youtube album art displayed. I have the 3.17 ROM downloaded with wmplayer 10 and it doesn't show album artwork in that OR the htc audiomanager. can someone please help? Also, I don't have sprint music store on my phone as well...is there a link to download that software?

Windows Vista - Synchonization problem
Help! I have Windows Vista, with Office 2007 and Mobile Device Center installed and NO LiveCare . When I connect my MDA Vario II, nothing but multimedia files can be synchronized. How to get contacts & calendar etc. to sync? Thnx!

Video and Cam function of HTC Tytn ii
hi, me again. just like to comment on the camera performance of the tytn ii... i just noticed that though it has a 3megapix cam, the camera function is not that good. i believe my old Sony Ericsson k750 has a better cam and video functions (auto focus, flash, etc). the video in the mms is quite short also. thats all.... my 10 cents on the tytn cam. hope to hear your insights. thanks

Alarm on HTC Tytn ii
hi all,
just like to ask if there is any work-around on the alarm function of the tytn ii when it is off. i usually use my phone as an alarm clock, but i noticed that all the scheduled alerts and alarms on the tytn ii would not be triggered if the phone is off. hope you could advise if there is just a setup thing i could do.

at&t tilt 8925 and sleeping or hibernating issues
I will repeat what i have said on prior posts on AT&T boards
please call htc and att if you have or are experiencing the freezing, sleep hibernate issue with the tilt... I had a total of 3 all from different cities and different batches, both my 2nd and 3rd never had a single other thing including email, or contacts or certainly any software added and i never even made a call and they too had the issue...I never customized the phones either so. we need them to find the cause and a solution you can't have a phone that will not receive your calls and email and text messages because it is in deep sleep and that you constatly have to reset to use.... I am not rebuying until i know for sure it is fixed for good. I hope others do the same or you may be stuck with a defective device or forced to return it for service once you exceed your 30 day return guarantee. Att will not extend it even with the current problems and I for one do not appreciate paying $400 for a defective device.
