Can't sync my Tilt to my laptop

I've installed the software on my laptop and everytime I connect my phone with the USB cable to my laptop, my computer keeps giving me an error (a blue screen)... What do I need to do to fix this?? HELP!!!

HELP!!!"I had a similar problem, and found out it was my "personal firewall" interfering with the sync. If you have a firewall, turn it off for a minute and try to sync again. 1 out of 2 found this valuable. Do you? |
