How to unlock T-Mobile Wing

hi,i am trying to get Unlock number from T-mobile and they are saying that IMEI is incorrect and unable to provide Unlock Code... what is the best way to get Unlock for T-mobile Wing 2 out of 2 found this valuable. Do you?

Well folks, let me tell you that what you need to do is call T-Mobile Customer Care and then ask them to transfer you to the PDA Department. There you'll ask them for a "SIM Subsidy Unlock" and they will create the order for you. So.. if they have the number, it will take around 7 days and you'll receive the unlock code with the instructions, if not it can take up to 21 days, since they contact the manufacturer (HTC). They'll ask you if you want the instructions by e-mail or SMS.What can happen is that you are still not eligible for this (taking tenure and account status into account), but if you ask them, they'll tell what do you need to be eligible and how long it is going to take. May be you should try once more in any of the online sites which provides codes and then call the customer care. I got my code in mobileunlocksolutions.com and the instructions from www.mobileunlockguide.com very easily.
