How to import Nokia 6300 contects (name & Ph.No ) to a HTC Touch Pro2

I have a Nokia 6300, How can I transfer the contacts (while saying contacts it is not outlook contacts, its just the name & ph no ) from my Nokia to HTC Touch Pro 2.
All help will be highly appreciated.
