I want to upgrade my touch viva, can someone please advise me how to flash the ROM and the SPL

READ and UNDERSTAND here before proceeding. These are hacked versions of Spl and a custom 6.5 rom. while these programs work great, there is a chance of bricking your phone. And of course updating your phone wihth custom spl's and roms is unapproved by HTC and voids your warranty;
