HTC HD2: Some Outlook messages disappear after downloading

My phone (HD2) is set to sync as items arrive with our business exchange server. I have it set to download message headers only so I can choose which full message to download. Porblem is that some messages dissapear right after I download them and I do not get a chance to read them. They can not be found anywhere on the phone but still show on my PC. Any ideas? This started happening with my previous phone (Diamond 2) after I installed Windows 6.5. Do you find this valuable?

On your PC, is the elusive emails still showing in your Inbox or do you have a rule set to move them to a subfolder? That was my problem, if the email isnt in or doesnt stay in your inbox on the server/pc, then it wont show on the device. Do you find this valuable?
