Help 4 my cingular wiza100 8125,it doesn't bult 2 main menu.

When i swtich my fone on he doesn't bult 2 show menu but all his light is on,nd even when i put sim card n try my no wit another fone it ring witout ringing on my fone.This start when i download motogp .cab file 4rm sharemobile nd i try 2 install it d fone,on d process of installation the .cab file ask me 2 restart nd i now press ok since then my fone do not bult 2 menu.pls what shld i do?help Do you find this valuable?
